Partnering closely with the CFO, CEO and senior commercial leaders, you will provide the insights, challenge and financial guidance behind some of the Maison’s most important decisions. From retail performance and channel profitability to investment priorities and growth initiatives, your impact will be visible across markets, functions and leadership teams worldwide.

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence, commercial leadership and executive exposure in one of the world’s most respected luxury brands.

You’ll have… 

  • A highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to the CFO, CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • End-to-end ownership of commercial planning, forecasting and performance steering across Montblanc’s global Retail and Wholesale business.
  • The opportunity to influence strategic decisions that drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
  • Responsibility for creating transparency around key business drivers, including sales performance, gross margin, productivity, pricing effectiveness, conversion and channel profitability.
  • A central role in evaluating and steering major investments across Marketing, Retail and strategic growth initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and ROI assessment.
  • The mandate to elevate forecasting accuracy, strengthen business steering and continuously enhance decision-making quality across the organization.
  • Leadership of a high-performing Commercial Controlling team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, business partnership and continuous improvement.
