How will you contribute to our magical experience?
This position will contribute to the marketing development of the Disney Perks program in Mexico. The role will implement marketing plans for the Disney Perks program aligned with the overall Disney+ brand strategy.
The role will work closely with the Home Distribution team, supporting commercial negotiations from a marketing perspective and ensuring alignment between partnership opportunities and Disney+ marketing objectives.
The role holder will need to successfully coordinate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across Mexico and Latin America. The ideal professional for this role is passionate about films, TV series, sports, and live events, with previous experience working on global brands. This position will be responsible for coordinating diverse marketing efforts, including campaign asset management, execution of ongoing initiatives, vendor briefing and follow-up, budget control, invoice payments, and cross-functional coordination to support business development opportunities.
The Supervisor, Disney+ Beneficios will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute the marketing and communication strategy for Disney Perks MX partners across Disney-owned channels, ensuring alignment with Disney+ business objectives and brand guidelines
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Disney Perks partners, building strong relationships and collaborating on joint marketing plans to maximize program visibility and engagement.
- Identify and develop new marketing opportunities, promotional initiatives, and best practices to continuously enhance the Disney Perks value proposition and partner performance.
- Coordinate the execution of integrated campaigns with internal cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets and activations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Disney Perks campaigns and partner initiatives, generating actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Develop regular business reviews, presentations, and performance reports for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain project management tools, campaign trackers, and operational documentation up to date
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Degree in Marketing (preferred) or related careers.
- 4+ years of experience with marketing campaigns execution, organic and paid media, CRM programs, marketing concepts.
- Advanced level in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
