Description


We are looking for a highly proactive, strategic, and organized Senior Strategic Project Manager to support a high-visibility international partnerships and communications initiative across EMEA.


This role will act as the central orchestration layer responsible for driving operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, communications planning, and strategic execution across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of project management, strategic operations, communications, partner engagement, and executive stakeholder support.


The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly within evolving environments, and is comfortable balancing operational execution with strategic thinking. This is a role for someone who combines strong organizational discipline with excellent communication instincts, high autonomy, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.


You will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure initiatives, activations, communications, and operational processes are executed with consistency, quality, and visibility across the region.



Key Responsibilities

  •  Serve as a central coordination point to ensure cross-functional workstreams remain aligned and on track across EMEA 
  •  Manage operational execution across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously 
  •  Maintain and coordinate regional activation calendars, stakeholder timelines, and key deliverables 
  •  Support reporting processes, OKR/KPI tracking, status updates, and executive visibility initiatives 
  •  Coordinate leadership meetings, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions 
  •  Support budget tracking and operational reporting to ensure efficient project delivery 
  •  Prepare high-level presentations, strategy documents, executive summaries, and communications materials 
  •  Support the development and coordination of stakeholder engagement plans and communications workflows 
  •  Coordinate approval processes for communications assets, case studies, presentations, social content, and regional activations 
  •  Work closely with internal teams, regional stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth execution 
  •  Help identify strategic opportunities, operational improvements, and scalable processes across markets 
  •  Provide copywriting and messaging support for stakeholder communications and engagement activities 
  •  Drive alignment and gain buy-in across multiple stakeholder groups and functions 
  •  Support the planning and execution of regional events, leadership engagements, and strategic activations 
  •  Coordinate logistics, stakeholder preparation, briefing materials, and on-site readiness where needed 
  •  Support executive-level partnership activations and communications opportunities across markets 
  •  Coordinate and review communications materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and messaging guidelines 
  •  Conduct market and stakeholder research to support communications planning, engagement initiatives, and strategic outreach efforts 
  •  Support storytelling initiatives and visibility efforts across regional programs and partnerships 
  •  Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and reporting systems to support operational consistency and scalability



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  •  Significant experience in project management, strategic operations, communications, public affairs, partnerships, policy, or related fields 
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams within fast-paced, evolving environments 
  •  Experience working with senior executive stakeholders and international cross-functional teams 
  •  Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills 
  •  Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capabilities 
  •  Ability to independently drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  •  Experience preparing executive-level presentations and strategic materials 
  •  Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities 
  •  Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach 
  •  AI literacy and comfort using AI-supported workflows and tools preferred 
  •  Background in public affairs, policy, PR, strategic communications, partnerships, or B2B marketing 
  •  Experience operating within international or EU-level environments 
  •  Experience supporting executive engagement initiatives or high-profile strategic programs 
  •  Familiarity with matrixed organizations and complex stakeholder structures 
  •  Experience supporting communications planning, event activations, or regional coordination efforts 
  •  Near-native or fluent English is essential 
  •  Additional languages are not required 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to independently drive strategic initiatives forward while maintaining operational excellence across multiple workstreams. You will help ensure strong coordination, clear communication, high-quality execution, and consistent stakeholder alignment across regional partnership and communications activities.


Travel is expected occasionally, approximately once per quarter, depending on business and stakeholder needs.
