Overview Join Gallagher Re as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst and play a key role in managing client cash receipts and payables. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing that aligns with contractual terms and U.S. regulatory requirements. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll manage client account receivables and payables for your assigned portfolio. You’ll be the go-to contact for payment and cash receipt matters, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll monitor due dates, reconcile cash receipts, and process claims payments quickly and accurately. Here’s what else you’ll do: Use Excel tools like pivot tables to reconcile balances. Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Build strong relationships with clients and third parties. Stay up to date with training, policies, and regulations. About You Required: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel (including Vlookups and pivot tables), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Work Traits: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle tough conversations. A knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn. #LI-BD1
