Position Overview

The Head of L4B / B2B for Latin America is responsible for leading and expanding Logitech’s B2B operations for enterprise markets across Brazil, Mexico, and NSC. This is a highly strategic leadership position, reporting to regional/global leadership, and closely collaborating with sales, marketing, product, alliances, and global operations teams. The main goal is to position the Logitech for Business division as a leader in the digital transformation of Latin American workplaces, driving exponential growth for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage teams and business outcomes across the three main regions: Brazil, Mexico, and NSC, fostering synergy among countries, sharing best practices, and ensuring consistent regional execution tailored for each market’s culture.

● Lead commercial, channel, and alliance strategies for Logitech for Business in Latin America, focusing on market share growth, strategic account penetration, and acquisition of new B2B business opportunities.

● Establish and nurture high-level relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, and strategic partners (VARs, integrators, MSPs, consultancies), including global alliances.

● Develop and implement regional playbooks for sales, channels, and go-to-market strategies aligned with global goals and Logitech’s culture of innovation, sustainability, diversity, and collaboration.

● Lead forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, and B2B sales pipeline management, ensuring robust strategic planning and visibility of results.

● Inspire, empower, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, driving transparency, accountability, a positive environment, and the development of new leaders.

● Manage budget, P&L, and financial KPIs for the L4B/B2B unit in LATAM, ensuring sustainable and highly profitable growth.

Key Requirements

● Extensive prior experience in senior B2B leadership roles, preferably in technology, IT, UC, devices, digital ecosystems, or consulting sectors.

● Strong experience in regional/multicountry management, team-building, and talent development.

● Solid background in consultative sales with large accounts, channel development, strategic partnerships, networking with Fortune 500 companies, integrators, MSPs, ISVs, and global alliances.

● Advanced knowledge of LATAM regional dynamics (legislation, culture, taxes, competition, macroeconomic environment).

● Excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, owner/intrapreneurial mindset, ability to execute and challenge the status quo.

● Fluent English; advanced/fluent Spanish highly recommended.

● Availability for frequent travel and regional engagement.
