Position Type: Full-Time, W-2
Schedule: Second shift / field-based (flexibility required)
- Conduct routine and follow-up inspections across all assigned facilities
- Identify quality issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure cleaning standards, scopes of work, and client expectations are consistently met
- Provide hands-on training and retraining for cleaners and supervisors
- Reinforce best practices, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Support new account startups and corrective action plans when needed
- Work closely with the Operations & Client Success Manager and supervisors to maintain service quality
- Coach teams in the field and step in to directly manage when operational needs require
- Recommend corrective actions, staffing adjustments, and process improvements
- Communicate daily with the Operations & Client Success Manager
- Provide weekly updates and insights to the President and Owner
- Assist with light administrative work, reporting, and documentation (estimated 20%)
- Primarily second-shift (approximate schedule: 2PM-10PM, 3PM-11PM, 4PM-12AM, etc.)
- Field-based role with travel between sites
- Flexibility required to support operational needs as they arise
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or a similar service-based industry (preferred)
- Prior leadership or management experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality
- Confident communicator who can coach, train, and hold teams accountable
- Self-starter who works well independently and within a leadership team
- Comfortable being in the field the majority of the time
- Base salary: $42,000 per year
