Job Description
- 3-5 years’ experience.
- 4 separate duties - Job Postings, logistics, pipeline support and CRM/ ATS maintenance.
- Responsible for providing administrative support for the recruitment in hiring guidelines and policies.
- Will provide support in all aspects of employment from coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews through the offer process.
- Will respond to internal or external recruiting related inquiries, prepare offer/disposition letters, coordinate candidate logistics including travel arrangements and maintain applicant tracking system data.
- Must have successful administrative experience in Human Resources and/or a high volume recruiting department, proficient with MS Office Suite including Outlook, be detail and customer service oriented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
