Commercial Loan Operations Specialist II

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist II is responsible for accurately documenting each file according to the Bank’s policy, procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements as well as the creation, coordination, compliance, and review of commercial loan documents to the Bank’s policies and procedures. In addition, this position will process complex commercial transactions that will include the review and negotiation of attorney prepared loan documents as well as coordination of closings with Bank approved attorneys. As well, this position will assist with the completion of the disbursements and quality review before and after closing as needed.
