E-Commerce Operations Associate

As we continue to expand our direct-to-consumer business, we are building a team focused on delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience across every brand.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Associate to support and optimize our day-to-day online store operations.

 

This role is critical to ensuring our e-commerce ecosystem runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. You will manage backend operations, support product launches, maintain site accuracy, and help create a seamless customer journey from click to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams to ensure our digital storefronts are operationally sound, conversion-optimized, and customer-focused.
