Job Description

  • Project Manager for customers: IOEM/GOEM
  • Understand business plan and support to achieve it by successful project execution and actualization
  •  “Entrepreneur” of projects for new product development.
  • Assure achievements of project objectives and targets (KPI’s – Time, Budget/Cost, Profit, quality & Spec).
  • Set-up of Project-Charter and Project management plan
  • Define Top-Level project schedule (Project Milestone)
  • Samples co-ordination, Ramp-up and PPAP co-ordination during SOP status
  • Perform Project Risk Management & Stakeholder Management
  • Monitor and present project status
  • Acts as interface between customer and project team, ensure proper documentation
  • Perform Lessons Learned and Final Project Review
  • BE (Mechanical, production or electronics)
  • Exp. 6-8 years , relevant experience in the field of Project management, Product development , ENG, manufacturing.
  • Working experience at Automotive company preferably handling the OEMs
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Knowledge of product development cycle is mandatory
  • Knowledge of APQP
  • PMI certification (additional advantage)
  • Knowing Bosch project management, Japanese language
