Process Expert

For an exciting project, we are looking for Process Expert to get involved in the implementation of new systems and the establishment of processes! If you have analytical skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to bring innovation to the work environment, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team

Role Profile:

• Implementing the internal DHL Operations Management System (OMS)

• KPI/PPI tree implementation

• Collaborating on projects directly with customers

• Supporting the configuration and maintenance of the system for measuring productivity and resource planning

• Delivering training to leadership positions (Gemba, 5S, Performance tracking)

• Analyzing and mapping processes (using LEAN tools such as VSM, DMAIC, 5S, 5 Whys)

• Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement

• Coaching leaders at all levels

Who are we looking for?

• A dynamic colleague with strong managerial and analytical skills. 

• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations

• Fluency in Hungarian and English.

• A team player who will respect team decisions and, at the same time, contribute with their ideas.

• Knowledge to specify processes in the areas of performance management, productivity, and continuous improvement methods
