Job Description
In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is a key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Prepare, review and file tax returns for globally mobile employees within deadlines
Advise on tax planning, assignment structures, tax treaties and social security obligations
Support employees on tax equalization/protection policies and international assignment implications
Analyze compensation data to calculate liabilities and identify tax optimization opportunities
Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness
Monitor international tax developments and conduct country-specific research
Support the team in managing engagement finances (billing, collections, KPIs)
Identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships

have a master’s degree in Law, Economics, or Business Studies or a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Taxation
have basic knowledge of personal income tax, double taxation treaties and payroll tax
are a recent graduate or have 1-3 years of relevant working experience
previous experience in tax global mobility is a plus
have affinity with an international work environment and financial and/or HR related matters
are good and have fun with numbers, have strong analytical skills and are accurate
are eager to learn, customer oriented and resistant to stress
enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently
have great communication skills and are fluent in Polish and English
