Youth Group Supervisor

Group Supervisors have the responsibility for the development of the daily living program within each cottage. Also, Group Supervisors will be responsible for the training and supervision of the Youth Care Workers within their cottage. Group supervisors provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the youth. Group supervisors work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each youth’s treatment plan. Group supervisors perform standard level paraprofessional work in every aspect of the program operations. This position reports to the Director of Group Living.
