Ferndale, Washington Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Mon/Fri remote, every other Friday off) Travel: Local client site visits ~1 day/week; <10% occasional travel Eichleay is hiring an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Designer with SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) experience to support refinery and oil & gas projects in Ferndale, WA. This role focuses on developing loop diagrams, instrument indexes, and construction-ready design packages while supporting field execution and commissioning activities. It is best suited for designers who have worked in industrial or refinery environments and enjoy bridging design and field operations.
