Job Summary: The Repair and Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing and/or coordinating repair and maintenance activities for several commercial retail Save Mart Superstores, within an assigned geographical area. Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain and perform standard repairs and maintenance at several commercial grocery establishments Assess and resolve a wide array of maintenance issues on-site Execute short lead time projects Perform preventative maintenance on personal, as well as company owned tools and equipment Read, interpret, and implement work orders and schedule Acquire material needed to complete repairs/work orders Document facilities maintenance requirements and maintains appropriate records of work performed Maintain accurate information and records on purchases Correctly facilitate and submit all reports, documents and records as requested Correctly utilize work order system Perform other duties as assigned
