Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling) to identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Generate interest and create opportunities by effectively communicating the value of CourtReserve solutions.
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Develop and execute outreach cadences to engage prospects, educate them on our solutions, and set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Gather insight on target accounts and vet them against criteria to distinguish productive vs. unproductive leads.
  • Track all prospecting activity, including outreach attempts, conversations, and lead qualifications, in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, ask for referrals, and identify new opportunities.
  • Quickly establish a working knowledge of CourtReserve business, including processes, operations and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies.
  • Achieve activity goals set by the VP of Sales and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Contribute to the sales team’s culture of collaboration and success.

Skills and Abilities that will enable you to succeed

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role.
  • Strong drive, grit, and a competitive mindset with a desire to win.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fearlessness in making daily calls and delivering the CourtReserve value proposition.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the industry and CourtReserve processes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage high outreach volumes.
  • Ability to balance persistence and enthusiasm while remaining top of mind with key decision-makers.
  • Comfort with continued iteration - taking in feedback from calls, AEs, etc and refining pitch every day.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually
Total Earning Potential: $60,000 – $70,000 annually with variable compensation at 100% of target.
