Full-Time Technologist Assistant (Tech Aide)
Location: American Health Imaging Greenville, SC (361 Woodruff Rd, Greenville, SC 29607)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Technologist Assistant to join our Greenville imaging center. In this role, you will support our MRI and CT technologists by assisting with patient care, preparing exam rooms, and helping ensure efficient daily workflow. What You'll Do
Assist MRI and CT technologists throughout the patient care process
Perform venipuncture; start IVs for contrast-enhanced MRI and CT exams
Escort patients to & from changing rooms & imaging suites
Prepare patients for exams by completing pre-screening & providing instructions
Assist patients on & off the imaging table as needed
Prepare exam rooms between patients, including changing linens, organizing coils, resetting equipment
Help maintain patient flow by ensuring the next patient is ready for their appointment
Burn CDs and assist with image distribution when needed
Monitor modality schedules and communicate any schedule changes with the team
Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Support front desk operations as needed
Maintain clear communication with technologists, providers, staff, and patients
Attend all required OSHA, annual compliance, and company training
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with venipuncture/starting IVs
Knowledge of medical terminology
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
