Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking an IS Capture Manager to work remotely.
The IS Capture Manager will bring a current pipeline of opportunities, in addition to supporting the identification, qualification, shaping, and capture of new strategic federal opportunities. The individual will play a critical role in driving growth by co-managing pursuits with the Business Development team, identifying key customer stakeholders, and shaping opportunities by working with customer stakeholders.
The IS Capture Manager brings an established federal network, a proven track record of capture success, and the ability to collaborate across business development, solutioning, proposal, delivery and leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and help prioritize federal opportunities aligned to Division growth objectives.
- Develop and execute capture strategies for federal pursuits from opportunity identification through award.
- Participate in pre-RFP shaping activities, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, teaming strategies, and win strategy development.
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
- Support and influence teaming agreements and sub-contractor strategies.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and pursuit status.
- Assist with development of white papers, RFIs, capability briefings and proposal responses.
- Provide market intelligence regarding agency priorities.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $185,000
