Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented relationship officer to help us retain our core customer base and bring new business in General Insurance, to join our dynamic team. The responsibilities include:
- Check and qualify leads received from all channels (Dialer/CRM, Email/ Digital drop) and work accordingly.
- Use Dialer and make maximum number of calls in a day to create new leads and farming.
- Dialer calls, staff is required to register a case in CRM and email / digital cases are assigned to them in CRM.
- Negotiating with customers to renew the insurance.
- Work collaboratively to make sure the retention activities are completed on time.
- Building positive relationships with customers and other teams
- Advanced interpersonal skills & ability to resolve customer queries regarding general insurance.
- Communicating with customers and support staff
The ideal candidate will have General insurance background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business and managing renewals.
- Deliver monthly sales targets for General Insurance.
- Able to work with multidisciplinary team or in an environment in which multidisciplinary teamwork is carried out.
- Able to work as part of team in a culturally diverse background.
- Maintain high call quality standards.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Build and retain a high performance
- Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in related roles in the industry.
- Strong understanding of General Insurance methodologies & relevant service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact with customers.
- Being patient and empathetic with problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Knowledge of all kinds of General Insurance product.
- Advanced organizational skills ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to work with multidisciplinary team or in an environment in which multidisciplinary teamwork is carried out.
