Role Overview:
As a Finance Intern in the Financial Control & Reporting Division, you will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance processes. You will work closely with the finance team to support daily operations and contribute to key projects that enhance financial governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Help maintain accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Participate in variance analysis and assist in preparing management reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the division.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the finance team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced banking environment.
