Finance Advice Expert (FP&A and Management Reporting)

We are hiring 2 Finance Advice Analysts to join our Manila team and support Group Finance stakeholders based in the Netherlands. What the Role Is About

This role supports core FP&A and finance reporting activities for Group Finance, with close collaboration with senior Financial Controlling colleagues in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will help deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial outputs while also contributing to process improvements, simplification, and automation. It is well-suited for candidates who enjoy combining strong finance fundamentals with continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Support financial data coordination, consolidation, and reporting across recurring finance cycles
• Provide analytical support for actuals, planning, and forecasting activities
• Prepare variance analysis and reporting commentary to support finance decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to improve reporting processes, simplify activities, and identify automation opportunities
• Partner closely with senior Financial Controllers in the Netherlands to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely delivery

What We Are Looking For

• Background in finance, preferably with exposure to financial reporting, planning, analysis, or performance management
• Strong Excel capability; experience with data transformation, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with accuracy
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with international stakeholders
• Curiosity, learning agility, and a mindset for continuous improvement
