Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Electronic Engineer to join our hardware development team. You will assist in the design, testing, and validation of next-generation AI servers and high-performance computing clusters, with a primary focus on the GB3600 compute architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Design & Bring-Up: Assist in schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, and system bring-up for AI accelerator servers.
- GB3600 Integration: Work closely with senior engineers to optimize power delivery, signal integrity, and thermal management specifically tailored for the GB3600 ecosystem.
- Testing & Validation: Perform hands-on lab testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers to validate hardware functionality and debug board-level issues.
- Firmware/Software Collaboration: Collaborate with software and firmware teams to test and refine AI server performance, diagnose system bottlenecks, and ensure reliable data center operations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough engineering documentation, testing reports, and schematics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant industry experience or intensive, hands-on university/internship projects focusing on high-speed digital design or server hardware.
- Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of digital circuit design, power electronics, and high-speed interfaces.
- Tool Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of hardware design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD) and lab equipment.
- GB3600 Knowledge: Academic or professional familiarity with GB3600 architecture and data center rack design is a significant plus.
