This role can be done hybrid: 2 days from the office in Wrocław. 

Your role: 

As Purchase to Order (P2O) Business Process Expert (BPE), you are working on all activities during the global implementation of Procurement solutions (e.g. SAP Ariba) with focus on P2P Indirect processes in ERP deployment projects. You work in close alignment with the respective BPE and BPE Leads, support cross-functional project members with Purchasing expertise and you coordinate technical and business activities within the P2P stream (e.g. change management, migration, testing, training, hyper-care support). Furthermore, you leverage your expertise to continuously improve processes towards standardization and harmonization to increase efficiency.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Purchasing processes and SAP-module MM/PUR.
• Strong P2P process knowledge.
• Experience in SAP Ariba would be an asset.
• Verifiable track record in project support, ideally in one or more full life cycle SAP/ARIBA implementations including process, data migration and testing.
• Identifying and engaging with all relevant key-stakeholders to be involved directly or indirectly to ensure the success of the project.
• Maintain a high degree of creditability, independence, integrity and trust, presentation skills with ability to work in an international team environment.
