Lead Group Accounting, IFRS Reporting & Finance Transformation (d/f/m)

Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape. 

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics, contributing to high-quality financial reporting and ensuring timely resolution of open issues across teams. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing, capital-market-oriented environment with the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup. 

What your new challenge will look like 

• Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality and timely delivery and taking ownership of defined areas 

• Develop and maintain group accounting policies, ensure their consistent application, and prepare IFRS adjustments, contributing to the development of scalable IFRS reporting processes and policies  

• Prepare and coordinate selected parts of the consolidated IFRS financial statements and act as key contact for auditors.  

• Identify and implement improvements in group reporting, closing, and consolidation processes, including automation initiatives and drive further finance transformation  

• Collaborate closely with international entities, ensuring alignment on reporting requirements and resolving open topics proactively 

Why you belong at 4flow 

• Over 4 years of experience in group accounting, IFRS reporting, or audit with solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting in international environments  

• Hands-on experience with closing processes and exposure to consolidated financial statements  

• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, hands-on working style  

• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English (German is a plus)  

• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach  

• Persistence and the ability to follow through on topics until resolution  

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
