Job Description
As recruiter, you’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle and support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) across various regions
You will help ensure a smooth, consistent, and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders alike
Whilst the recruitment roles are located within a particular Talent Acquisition Shared Service Centre (TASSC), the recruiter is part of a global team and may be required to support other TASSCs as demand requires
What you’ll be doing: Recruitment Coordination: Own the end-to-end administrative flow of requisitions, from intake meetings through to offer generation and onboarding handoff
Stakeholder Support: Act as the day-to-day contact for hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring smooth coordination of interview processes and timely updates
Candidate Management: Schedule and interview, manage communications, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience at each stage of the process
Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all recruitment processes comply with internal guidelines and legal requirements
Pipeline Oversight: Track and monitor the progress of roles being managed by TAPs, external agencies, or sourcing partners, escalating issues or delays as needed
Reporting: Provide regular updates on role progress, funnel metrics, and candidate status to the talent team and hiring managers
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to documentation and training efforts within the recruitment team
What you’ll bring: Experience in a recruiting or talent coordination role, ideally in a remote or global environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across time zones and cultures
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge of ICIMS would be an advantage
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes at once with minimal supervision
Comfort working with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, external partners, recruiters)
Commitment to delivering a professional, inclusive candidate experience
Understanding of how TA data is used to manage TA performance and exposure to data analysis and using it to track performance Experience supporting international or cross-border hiring processes
The role will require business level English
In addition, there will be a requirement for different languages in the various TASSCs, which will be specified when the role is posted
