Job Description
About the Team The AMS & EMEA Early Careers (EC) Team aims to lead best-in-class attraction, policy & process, and large-scale development for Early Careers talent in our regions. We drive campus engagement, strategic hiring, policy and process standardization, and manage intern programs to attract and retain outstanding early careers talent, fueling current and future business growth. Process & Policy (P&P) is the key pillar driving cross-regional alignment across 20+ countries in AMS & EMEA regions, such as the US, Mexico, Brazil, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, UAE, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Early Careers-AMS & EMEA leads to develop and execute early talent strategy, advocate for university recruiting strategies, and provide input on cross Talent Acquisition matters including people, process, and technology for AMS & EMEA Regions;
- Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Operations, Legal, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams to design, standardize, and maintain hiring processes and policies for early career talent across AMS and EMEA regions;
- Serve as the AMS & EMEA owner for end-to-end process documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have clear, updated, and accessible guidelines, reinforcing stakeholder relations and trust;
- Lead policy and process development initiatives across multiple countries and business units, identifying and driving key cross-department projects to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals;
- Serve as the primary EC policy point of contact for business and HR partners, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment on priorities and forward-looking needs across countries and hiring teams;
- Bring a data-informed perspective to analyze program outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance operational efficiency, satisfaction, and conversion rates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above;
- Advantageous to have 3+ years recruiting experience with knowledge of University Recruiting and University engagement (preferred past experiences from tech industry). Especially for familiar with the AMS and/or EMEA regions Early Career market;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align priorities and ensure collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders;
- Excellent operations management skill, being able to carve out the project charters, and offering a well-structured plan to ensure efficient collaboration within the team and with cross-function stakeholders;
- Strong understanding of operations, process design, and data analysis, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to drive efficiency and inform decision-making across multiple regions.
