For our project team, we are looking for a team player (m/f/d) to support us in project execution. 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Supporting project and construction management in day-to-day business
• Organizing and assisting with reporting, such as monthly reports, meeting minutes, and construction logs
• Administrative document processing, tracking of documents and drawings, as well as filing of documents
• Data entry into databases and tracking of deadlines
• Protocol creation and drafting of handover letters
• General administrative tasks including telephone service, mail handling, and office supplies ordering
• Planning and organization of customer visits, events and meetings

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in the secretarial or team assistance field
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Organizational talent, Hands-on mentality, initiative & motivation
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• High degree of flexibility, reliability and commitment
