JOB PURPOSE:

Own growth and performance of Haleon’s Digital Commerce business across key accounts, with a clear mandate to build and scale Quick Commerce as a disproportionate growth driver and a stronger OTC play across the emerging pharma landscape.

This role is accountable for driving topline and profitability, shaping account strategy, and ensuring the business delivers sustained, high-quality growth.

It is a business ownership role, not executional account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own overall P&L and growth delivery across priority digital commerce accounts
  • Define account strategy and growth priorities across marketplaces and quick commerce
  • Lead the QCom agenda as a high-growth, high-velocity channel within the portfolio
  • Drive portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions aligned to platform dynamics
  • Anchor cross-functional alignment to enable growth at speed and scale
  • Build forward-looking platform partnerships that unlock long-term value

  • Identify where growth will come from and focus the organization behind it
  • Scale quick commerce with speed and discipline, without compromising profitability
  • Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving, high-ambiguity channel
  • Elevate Digital Commerce from sales channel to strategic growth engine

  • Strong, consistent growth across accounts, with QCom leading contribution
  • Improved PnL with accretive margins for the channel
  • Clear linkage between investments, execution, and outcomes
  • Digital Commerce operating as a predictable, well-governed business

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in eCommerce / digital commerce leadership role with exposure to quick commerce
  • Proven ownership of revenue and profitability
  • Ability to operate in fast, high-growth environments
  • Strong commercial judgment and clarity of thinking
