
Benefits Specialist
Job Description
The Benefits Specialist administers and supports the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, leave of absence processes, and related Total Rewards activities. This role serves as a key resource to employees, managers, and HR partners by providing guidance on benefit plans, resolving complex inquiries, maintaining data integrity across HRIS and vendor systems, and supporting compliance, reporting, and open enrollment activities. The role also provides limited backup support for Workers’ Compensation and selected Total Rewards administration.
