The Role

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.
• Financial Reporting: Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations. Prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
• Record Keeping: Provide records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
• GAAP Compliance: Record, analyze, and report worldwide financial data in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for Kyndryl’s legally required filings, including SEC and local country agencies.
• Auditing: Plan, conduct, and apply different types of audits to ensure compliance with requirements, including internal and external auditing, financial and quality auditing, risk analysis, and control deficiency management.
• Compliance: Apply knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the business to ensure adherence to internal and governmental policies, including regulatory compliance, compliance management and reporting, and security controls.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Utilize financial information to plan, forecast, and make decisions, including quantitative analysis, financial modeling, decision support systems, and strategic decision-making.
• Reporting/Analytics: Plan, conduct, and interpret financial analyses to gain insight on business improvements, including data collection, statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and various analytic software and dashboards.

Who You Are

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Buenos Aires. This position requires the candidate to attend the office twice a week. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, particularly in revenue and cost recognition (accounting), and knowledge of the categories in a financial statement. Additionally, they should have an intermediate level of English to interact with international teams.
