About the role
The Brand Activation Manager Centrum and Digestive is responsible for supporting the strategic development and leading the execution of brand plans for assigned Centrum and Digestive brands and products, ensuring strong in‑market activation and delivery of short‑ and long‑term business objectives.
This role contributes to the development and implementation of brand strategies, translating global and regional direction into effective local marketing plans and execution across all elements of the marketing mix. It ensures that brand communication, innovation, and activation initiatives are deployed effectively to drive consumption, market share, and financial KPIs.
The Brand Activation Manager manages the day‑to‑day execution of marketing plans within the allocated budget, including campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business priorities. This role monitors brand performance tracks key metrics and provides insights to optimize plans and improve results.
The role also acts as a key partner to senior brand leaders, working closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply, etc.) and key stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels, the role ensures flawless execution and consistency across touchpoints.
Role Responsibilities
Support and execute consumer marketing activities to deliver share, sales, and profit growth for assigned brands.
Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and recommend data-driven actions to optimize results.
Support the development, adaptation, and refinement of brand strategy grounded in consumer, shopper, and customer insights, in line with category & OU guidelines.
Contribute to the annual brand planning process in line with category and organizational guidelines.
Translate global and regional strategies into locally relevant and actionable marketing plans.
Lead the execution of the approved marketing calendar, ensuring strong in-market activation across all touchpoints.
Manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across the marketing mix.
Execute new product launches in market, ensuring alignment with timelines, positioning, and business priorities.
Oversee artwork development and approval for the assigned portfolio.
Assist in market analysis to build understanding of consumer behavior, customer dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Adapt global strategies into local task maps and activation plans with Area teams.
Ensure locally relevant execution while maintaining brand consistency.
Support innovation projects and launch initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
Maintain a strong focus on identifying opportunities to strengthen brand equity and growth.
Contribute to P&L management and budget tracking, supporting efficient allocation of marketing resources.
Manage external agencies to deliver effective communication, media, and activation plans.
Support presentations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Act as a key point of contact across local, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment.

Proven experience in product/brand management within a multinational FMCH/FMCG environment.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in matrixed and cross-cultural environments.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Passion for the consumer and brand building
A strong problem solver with the ability to think both analytically and creatively to effectively drive business objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; postgraduate degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or related areas.
Experience working in the Wellness category.
