Water's Edge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, our top-rated 150-bed skilled nursing facility with stable leadership, including a long-tenured Director of Nursing, is losing its long-serving Administrator to retirement.  The center maintains a #1 ranking for PDPM/CMI performance amongst 24 National Health Care Associates facilities in CT, and will soon  be starting a $4 million renovation project.  We are seeking an Interim Licensed CT Nursing Home Administrator to maintain the center's exceptional level of performance until we find a suitable replacement.    What You'll Do:
