Job Description
Job Overview
Provide project management, operations support and coordination with pharmacy stakeholders to ensure optimal results. Deliver project and financial analysis, evaluations, and recommendations. Responsible for vendor and customer relationships as assigned.
Job Expectations:
- Analyze, review, develop and recommend strategies and processes related to assigned projects.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial data and operation reports.
- Provide recommendations and lead the decision-making process regarding the assigned project
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules & regulations
- Provide proper evaluation to ensure optimal operations.
- In conjunction with the appropriate stakeholders, identify, plan, and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal operations
- Ensure customer, payor, and staff concerns or complaints are handled promptly and properly.
- Assist in managing projects through entire life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Interface with cross-functional areas impacted by the project including stakeholders, business and IT resources, distributors, and vendors
- Communicate and implement best practice
- Coordinate to increase consistency across the system
- Assist with training including program content, targeted programs, staff development and other areas as assigned
- Produce effective dashboards and other key materials including timelines, procedures, and reports
- Ensure ongoing measurement and auditing as appropriate

Minimum Qualifications to Fulfill Job Responsibilities:
Required Education
Baccalaureate degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Required Experience
5 years progressive pharmacy experience
Preferred Experience
Previous budgeting, financial and/or department management experience
Proven project management experience
