Job Description
We are looking for a Display Media Executive to join our team in Gibraltar! We've brought Programmatic Display in-house, and we're building the team to match the ambition. As our Display Media Executive, you'll be at the heart of that build, owning campaign execution across multiple DSPs and brands, and playing an active role in shaping how the channel evolves. This is a role for someone who wants to help shape and mould the channel.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of Programmatic Display campaigns across multiple DSPs and brands - from setup and trafficking through to optimisation and reporting
Driving performance against core KPIs including New Customers, First Time Deposits, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for each campaign
Partnering with in-house Design teams to brief creative assets clearly, maintain delivery timelines, and clear structured testing frameworks
Conducting post-campaign analysis that goes beyond the numbers - identifying patterns, improving processes, and surfacing actionable insights
Working closely with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution across all activity
Staying ahead of industry developments in ad tech, audience targeting, and the evolving programmatic landscape
Collaborating with the Head of Paid Media and Paid Media Manager to develop and refine Programmatic strategies across Rank Interactive's brand portfolio
What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Programmatic Display campaign management and optimisation across multiple platforms
Solid understanding of how the programmatic ecosystem works - DSPs, DMPs, tracking infrastructure, and technical integrations
Comfortable working with data: strong numerical reasoning and a commercial mindset
Organised and deadline driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Excel for performance reporting and analysis
Gaming or regulated industry experience is a bonus
