Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- 2 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, and/or debugging.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
- Experience with LLMs and training/
Responsibilities
- Create innovative software engineering efforts, drive the design, and development that solve or strategically address business objectives.
- Ensure product excellence, technical excellence, and performance.
- Uphold engineering best practices (functional testing, performance testing, instrumentation, experiments, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams across the globe (Prague and SF office).
- Flexibility.
- Help the team push toward our strategic goals.
