What you will be doing:
Coaching for licensed investment sales staff in investment business
Join call with licensed investment sales staff to facilitate the investment business
Execute the bank directive in investment business
Collaborate with investment product team to support the on-going investment sales activity and product launch
Support Branch Manager on exploring investment strategy from branch portfolio
Host workshop/clinic for uplift sales skills of individual sales staff
Enhance the knowhow of sales on AML, compliance and regulatory related items
What we are looking for:
University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
8-10 years banking experience in frontline investment business sales/coaching
Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
Preferably with CRWP, CFA or CFP qualifications
Strong sales driven, result-oriented with good communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
