Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
Job Description:
We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is ready to join our Global Demand Generation Team. This role is built for a versatile, data-driven marketer who can own our paid media engine from start to finish, driving qualified pipeline and engaging key buying groups across our target accounts.
You’ll be working on a dynamic mix of traditional and emerging channels to scale our digital distribution: one day you’ll be leading the charge on a global paid search and social strategy; the next, you’ll be testing a newsletter sponsorship, working with campaign marketers to identify strategy and program spend.
The Day-to-Day
Own the Paid Engine: You’ll be the primary project owner for our digital distribution strategy. This means taking pipeline goals, building out multi-channel media plans (across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Content Syndication), managing budget allocation, and continuously optimizing to maximize ROI.
Engage the Buying Group: You won't just fish for single leads. You’ll design and scale multi-channel campaigns tailored to engage and advance entire buying groups within our target accounts, running continuous experimentation and conversion optimization programs across digital channels and landing experiences.
Collaborate Everywhere: You’ll act as a vital bridge between internal teams—partnering cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Sales to turn real-time performance signals into scalable growth programs that hit our team’s revenue goals.
Who You Are
A "Growth Engine" Marketer: You have a deep expertise in paid media and demand generation, with a proven track record of building digital campaigns and turning ad spend into measurable, scalable pipeline impact in a high-growth environment.
Naturally Analytical & Experimental: You don’t need a reminder to check your campaign pacing. You love diving into real-time analytics and behavioural signals to rapidly test, optimize, and improve performance outcomes.
A Team Player: You understand that performance marketing doesn't live in a silo. You’re just as happy collaborating with Sales on a target account push as you are jumping into data dashboards to help a teammate unpack campaign results.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, preferably in ad tech.
Paid Media Mastery: Deep hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
ABM: Proven success executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and running campaigns against highly targeted buying groups.
Tech: Highly proficient in LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ad Manager, and Microsoft Advertising. Experience with Marketo, Asana, and 6Sense or Demandbase.
Cross-Functional Chops: Strong experience aligning programs and workflows with Sales and Marketing Operations to drive unified revenue outcomes.
