Role Summary:
Drive client success, delivery excellence, and strategic growth for email operations, spam/abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client interface, managing governance, reporting, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and compliance adherence.
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and email security standards.
- Support business growth through solutioning, upsell opportunities, and thought leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations.
- Deep expertise in SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email ecosystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk.
- Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
