You will support recruitment activities and gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition within a global organization. You will assist with candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while developing practical HR and business communication skills. - Review resumes and candidate profiles received through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial resume screening based on role requirements and hiring criteria.
- Perform candidate screening calls and prepare interview summaries and notes.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation and candidate databases.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition and broader HR activities as needed.
- Business-level English communication skills, including email correspondence and verbal communication.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or on a leave of absence from university.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Previous internship, campus activity, or project experience related to HR, recruitment, or talent management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
