Job Description
Evaluation of Investment Performance for various products offered by CTI and support the team in RFP/RFIs and other adhoc requests.Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze Investment Performance while working with multiple systems.
- Gather Performance data, scrub the data, and perform data integrity checks and validation.
- Apply basic analytical skills to understand key drivers of Investment performance.
- Write up commentary for senior leaders. Produce and communicate results to internal clients.
- Execute reports in a timely and accurate manner under stringent deadlines.
- Perform variance analysis between systems, Return Calculation, and Performance Attribution Analysis. Manage personal, day to day activities.
- Need high attention to detail and perform self-quality checks.
- Support additional performance initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in the same domain/industry and good experience on reporting using MS Excel and other Performance tools like Aladdin, Factset, Morningstar.
- Strong Capital Market Knowledge (esp. Securities, Mutual Funds, Forex, etc.).
- Have a strong knack for Automation and an analytical approach towards Problem Solving.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Aladdin, Morningstar, Factset, and Lipper would be useful.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful candidate will have the following attributes: Critical thinker (problem solving), organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Hold strong communication skills (verbal/written) and familiarity with investment and Performance Measurement concepts like GIPS.
- Hands on experience on Advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL.
