Job Description

We’re searching for an Insurance Payable Administrator for a 6 month contract role. This is a hybrid position based out of our Surrey, BC office. At Westland, we’re looking for an Insurance Payable Administrator to join our growing Accounting Team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders. Expected Compensation:  The expected hiring range for this role is $52,000 to $65,000 based on a 37.5 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. As an Insurance Payable Administrator, you'll support the smooth operation of Westland’s financial processes through accurate payment administration and invoice processing. Working alongside a collaborative Accounting Team, you'll use your attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficient accounting practices. You like numbers and people, with an eye for the details. A natural problem-solver, you enjoy troubleshooting issues and seeking solutions. Proficient in MS Office environments and ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new applications.
