Job Description
- Lead the exploration of new, AI-native user experiences (e.g., conversational UIs, predictive personalization, and agentic interfaces) that push the boundaries of our current product suite.
- Design and implement AI-driven processes across all UX functions, including design management, user experience design, user research, content strategy, and program management.
- Act as a primary advisor to executives/leads on the long-term implications of AI on aspects such as trust, branding, and market position.
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy Generative AI tools (e.g., for design system, synthetic user testing, and rapid prototyping) for better quality and efficiency.
