Location: Statesville Blvd, Cleveland, NC (On-Site Automotive Assembly Plant) Schedule: Full-Time | Saturday - Sunday (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) & Monday - Tuesday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) Requirements: High work ethic, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and pass required safety training (provided by us!). What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As an Industrial Cleaner on our team, you will keep a local automotive assembly plant running safely and efficiently. Working as an Industrial Janitor, you will use pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers to tackle paint booths, clean windows, stairs, and concrete surfaces. In this role, your daily tasks will involve moving flooring grates, replacing filters, and working as a specialized Deep Cleaning Technician in unique environments to ensure the plant stays in top-notch condition. What You Bring To The Team A strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and a stellar attendance record. Comfort working in hot, dirty, or confined spaces periodically (we provide all your safety gear/PPE!). Ability to climb ladders and safely lift/move up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions (including Ladder Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out).
