Residential Manager - (Group Home IDD)

This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure quality care, and help individuals live as independently as possible.  What You’ll Do:  Lead & Support: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Foster a positive and productive team environment.  Ensure Quality Care: Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes personal growth and independence for individuals receiving services.  Problem-Solve & Communicate: Work closely with clients, families, and team members to identify needs, address concerns, and develop care plans.
