Clinical Manager - Emergency Room - Full time

The Clinical Manager is responsible and accountable for the delivery of safe, effective, direct and indirect, patient-family centered care through the continuum of emergency services. The Clinical Manager functions as a resource person for staff members and provides necessary education, training, competency validation, and performance reviews of individual members of the nursing staff.
