Job Description
The Senior CNC Machinist plays a key role in supporting precision manufacturing operations in Spartanburg by ensuring consistent quality, reliable output, and stable machining processes. This role sets up and operates CNC machining equipment, troubleshoots machining and process issues, and works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to support production demands and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
CNC Machining & Production
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and vertical machining centers to produce precision components.
Produce parts in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
Perform in‑process and final inspections using appropriate measuring tools and gauges.
Make offsets and minor program adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production efficiency.
Process Support & Troubleshooting
Identify machining, tooling, or process issues impacting quality, throughput, or yield.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to engineering or maintenance as appropriate.
