About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transport operations, including middle-mile and domestic deliveries. The successful candidate will be responsible for transport planning (TMS/Oracle Transport Management system), fleet utilization, driver management, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery services while meeting operational KPIs and customer requirements
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules, routes, and vehicle allocations.
Monitor and optimize fleet utilization, delivery performance, and operational productivity.
Supervise drivers and transport coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations.
Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) for job planning, dispatching, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure timely updates of delivery status and operational records.
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, service disruptions, and customer escalations.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or distribution operations.
Proven experience in transport planning, fleet management, and driver supervision.
Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
