Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Title: QA Automation Test Engineer
QA Automation Test Engineer- Playwright with Typescript
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript), including reusable functions and utilities.
- Independently build and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks from scratch.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in at least one programming language, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Execute comprehensive testing, including manual, database (SQL), and API testing for complex scenarios, along with effective exploratory testing practices.
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues across both automation scripts and application layers.
- Possess strong knowledge of SQL databases, including writing and validating complex queries.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure effective, risk-based prioritization of testing activities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all stages.
Qualification:
- BE/ B. TECH / MCA –in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication.
- 4-5 years of experience in Manual and Automation.
