In order to reinforce our internal team based in Luxembourg, Arηs Developments is looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/F).
Your responsibilities:
- Follow-up of contracts with customers
- Follow-up and preparation of the consultants activities and worksheets
- Invoicing to customers and follow-up
- Suppliers invoicing follow-up and checking
Your Profile
- A Bachelor degree (3 years after secondary school)
- 1 year of experience in a similar job position
- Experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual documentation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent relationship skills – you will be in direct contact with customers and consultants
- Excellent organizational and methodical skills
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player
- Fluent in French and English
