Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. #WeArePGD Overview The Senior Social Analyst, L3 is responsible for the execution, optimisation, and management of high-profile paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter. The role covers the full campaign lifecycle including planning, setup, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring strong performance and ROI aligned with client objectives. The role also requires strong autonomy in campaign setup based on briefs provided by the onshore team, with a strong focus on TikTok and Meta platforms. Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter. Set up campaigns independently based on briefs provided by the onshore team. Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies to improve KPIs and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives (copy, visuals, videos) and funnels to maximise performance. Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (impressions, reach, CTR, engagement, conversions). Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiency. Ensure campaigns reach the right target audiences through effective targeting strategies. Provide regular performance updates to internal teams in France and/or directly to French-speaking clients when required. Deliver PCA (post campaign analysis) reports. Troubleshoot campaign issues in collaboration with local specialists. Suggest strategic recommendations to improve paid social performance. Stay up to date with best practices and trends in paid social media. Perform any other related tasks as required. Qualifications Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns. Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms (mandatory focus). Experience in campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights. Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI performance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Good communication skills with ability to interact with international teams and/or clients. Proficiency in English (professional level required). Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Additional information Hands-on experience in full campaign lifecycle management (from setup to reporting). Opportunity to work independently on campaign execution based on onshore briefs. Exposure to international clients and French-speaking stakeholders. Collaboration with local specialists for troubleshooting and optimisation support. Client-facing exposure may be required depending on communication skills.
